Responsibilities:
Own the visual direction of the cyberpunk world: districts, props, lighting;
Create high-quality 3D assets and texture sets for hero environments;
Design in-game UI/UX flows: HUD, inventory, marketplace, social hub;
Produce concept art and mood boards for new districts and factions;
Work closely with engineers to ensure assets perform within budgets;
Build style guides and asset libraries to keep visual consistency;
Drive cosmetic NFT collections — concepting, modeling, renders;
Collaborate with the narrative team on environmental storytelling;
Requirements:
5+ years of professional game art / design experience;
Strong portfolio with shipped game projects;
Expert in Blender or Maya, Substance Painter, Photoshop;
Experience with Unreal Engine 5 material and lighting systems;
Solid grasp of PBR workflows and real-time rendering constraints;
Eye for cyberpunk / sci-fi aesthetics, neon lighting, atmospheric design;
Bonus: 2D concept art, motion design, or character design background;
English: B2+ for cross-team collaboration.
